Toys and Games Reviews of LCR Family Game (colors may vary)Customer Review: This is a fun family game.... Summary: 5 Stars
This is a fun family game that everyone can play. We have played this at every holiday (we use dollar bills instead of chips)and it is a hit everytime. I purchased 4 recently for xmas gifts. I also know a school teacher who uses this to teach kindergardeners their left from their right and the prize is a sticker. I also had another group tell me they played with quarters. I am going to donate one of these to the senior center for a "new" game fun. Simple concept, but so much fun!!! We love it!!
Customer Review: LCR Summary: 5 Stars
I first heard about this game from a friend of mine. One day we was having a get together and he came over with this game. At first i thought it was going to be boring until he explained how to play the game and we did a trial play. After that when I saw how the game was played I was hooked. I asked him where did he get the game from and he told me Amazon. com. The next day when i went home I got on my computer and ordered one. This is an excellent fun game. It is very entertaining.
Customer Review: fun for the whole family; easy to learn; lots of laughs Summary: 5 Stars
Very easy to learn; fun for a wide range of ages. My mom (age ~65) doesn't like to play games usually but we 'forced' her to play a hand then she was out of chips early and pouted a bit until chips started coming her way again - she wanted to play!! The game is fast and funny since you never quite know who is really in or out and so who will win. It's a surprise!! Not based much on skill, mostly luck. Good for teaching kids to know the difference between their left and right hands.
Customer Review: This is not a game. Summary: 1 Stars
This is an "activity" rather than a game- you make absolutely, literally, zero decisions. The outcome of the game has nothing to do with whether you are present or not- a computer (or a trained monkey) could play the game EXACTLY the same as you can, because you have no bearing on the results. It is insulting to game designers that this is marketed as a game.
However, as an ACTIVITY that teaches SMALL CHILDREN left from right, it is acceptable.
Customer Review: fun and simple game Summary: 5 Stars
This is a great game that is easy for anyone to play- my 6 year old played and won the pot on her first game. You can play and still visit/talk, so it's great for the holidays or whenever. We are taking it to our Christmas party tonight, and look forward to introducing this fun game to all our family! We like to play with quarters. Since it's not an expensive game, it's great for stocking stuffers or just giving away to friends.
