My seller was great, no problems there. But the item itself leaves a lot to be desired. They mention that it makes noise. Unfortunately, that's about all it does. I bought 2 of these mini-beacons and put brand new batteries in them. They worked for a little less than 90 minutes. Both stopped rotating, and one of the lights stopped working. Thinking that they were just battery-hungry, I put another brand new set of batteries in but to no avail. No rotation, and light only worked for about 20 seconds, then went out again. Will replace them with something a little higher quality for next time.
