I bought this for my nephew after hearing him and his friends go on and on about the world of webkinz. The beagle itself was cute but I liked that the web interaction was positive. My nephew looked forward to doing educational exercises because they were worth a lot of webkinz points with which he could buy things for his dog. The yearly subscription has since run out and as my nephew gets older I suppose he's not into that anymore. However, at the time, at ten years old, he really enjoyed it.Customer Review: Keeps logging out. Tech support is utterly nonexistent

For the past few weeks, my daughter has been trying to go into "My Home" but every time without fail she gets logged out and gets the message "Try again later". We've tried it at different times of the day to no avail. Total waste! When you try to look for an email or phone number for tech support, you find none. Tech support is nonexistent. My other daughter is able to do everything with her Webkinz so I don't know what's going on with this one.Customer Review: Service as great but expensive shipping fee

My daughter loves webkinz and especially dogs. I bought two webkinz from this vendor and service is great. My only complaint is the outrageous shipping fee - it cost as much as the two webkinz. Vendor did indicate to me that other vendors increase the price to make up the lower shipping cost. It is true for some vendors but it is not true for all vendors as I checked around. I would like to see shipping charge to be reduced.Customer Review: Great dog!

The webkinz beagle is a AWESOME pet . Where you can go online and play WITH YOUR PET by the way it helps you learn. THEY HAVE A WHOLE ARCADE WITH A BUNCH OF GAMES. If you by every 10 webkinz you get a special BED!!!!!!! who doesn't LOVE that, I do. But there's ONE part that STINKS, you have to have COX to get online. So be aware . I have been playing webkinz for months and i saw these webkinz on eBay and i checked the website to see if they had it on their list of webkinz and they didn't. But today they put it their along with the spotted frog. The Beagle looks cute and i am going to save up for it and i am looking forward to adding the Beagle to my family of webkinz.
