So far this card holder has been great! It seems like it should hold up well as long as it doesn't get abuse like a regular toy--we pull this out every time we play cards and my son is so happy that he doesn't have to lay down all his cards anymore and can keep them secret. This playing card holder is fantastic! It makes it so easy for kids to play card games. Before we got these, they were always trying to lay their cards out on chairs or on the floor, which often ended up with them seeing each other's cards. I purchased two of these and find them to be very easy to use and makes playing card games with kids fun. They are a bit fragile and I am afraid that if my kids shove the cards in too far the plastic pieces glued together will split apart. My 7 year old grandaughter started using this item at age 5 and we found it very useful. Now she loves to play Uno and this card holder comes in very handy. With small hands kids need extra help to hold the bigger cards. Was a challenge to play old maid or go fish.. my daughter would have to spread her cards out facing up, on the table. Now she can hold them with this little gadget. Thanks.
