Customer Review: It's a decent toy for kids

I don't know about hours of fun like the other review mention but it will entertain your young ones for sometime. I wish it did more then just move the ladder and have a few repeating phrases but I guess I shouldn't expect so much from a Tonka toy. The Tonka's I had as a kid didn't do anything but they were made of metal unlike this plastic toy.
I only really have one big negative comment on this toy. What' s up with the light lever, it just turns on the lights and that's it?????!!! Maybe the one I got is broken, if it's not then this feature is lame.
The toy may not be that hot but the one I got my kid came with a DVD that shows what firefighters do on a daily bases, that is worth more then the toy in my opinion.
