This was a well constructed product, and inexpensive for what you are getting. If you are looking for a checkers board that is nice looking and self contained to play at home or on trips, this is a good one.
It is a bit smaller than I expected, both the board and the pieces. While this doesn't affect the playing much, it probably wouldn't be best used as a "display" board to be kept out and set up at all times (like many people do with their chess sets).
If you are looking for something a little nicer than the basic cardboard and plastic checkers set, this is definitely a good value.
