I read the GREAT reviews, bought this fire truck and just received it and it is NOT worth $49.99 plus over $12 in shipping!!!!!!!! The only motorized parts are 3 buttons that make different sounds. The ladder and basket have to be manually moved and they TOTALLY sound like they will break within 5 uses. Yes it is big, but none of the doors open, the ladder does not extend and I think it will break within in a week. However, I can't return it, according to the return policy, because it is opened. Well I had to open it to move the ladder and find out it is a complete hunk of plastic junk. I am really disappointed. For fifty bucks I thought I was getting something a little more solid. Although I think my boys would be thrilled (for about a week or less), I really just don't want to give this junk to my boys.
