Toys and Games Reviews of Floppy Seat Shopping Cart CoverCustomer Review: GREATEST SHOPPING CART AND HIGHCHAIR COVER Summary: 5 Stars
I bought this for my 7 mo old son, for when we went out to eat and shopping. It is the greatest thing, the wanna be covers don't even come close to this one. You should use it who wants their child to sit in a shopping cart or highchair not knowing if the child that sat in it before was sick. Not that the stores and restaurant clean the carts or highchairs. My son loves to stick everything in his mouth and the last thing I want and other moms I know wants their child to put their mouth on the shopping cart. YUCK! Buy this my mom made fun of me at first, but once she saw what a great product it was, she was glad I was protecting her grandson from all the germs! The bright colors keep my son entertained also. GREAT PRODUCT!!
Customer Review: Great Seat! Summary: 5 Stars
I bought this for my daughter about a month or so after my neice got Hand, Foot & Mouth disease. (The doctor believed it was because she sat in a shopping buggy and germs for that virus was on the shopping buggy). I've used this many, many times for my 10-month-old daughter and she loves it too! It's padded enough so when she gets sleepy, she can lean sideways and take a quick snooze while Mommy & Nana take her through the store! It also works great for restaurant high chairs. (You just have to wrap the buckle once around the back of the high chair to secure your infant).I highly recommend this item and would not hesitate to buy it for 2 friends who are having babies in August & September, respectfully.
Customer Review: You're going to want one! Summary: 5 Stars
We love our Floppy Seat! No complicated straps, lots of thick padding, a pocket for toys or snacks--ours gets used almost every day. It washes easily without becoming misshapen, has a seatbelt for safety, and makes hot/cold metal shopping carts a thing of the past. Here in So. California, it's easy for baby to get burned on the sun-heated metal. Floppy seat can also be used to make those wooden restaurant highchairs fit better and more comfortably. Our son is almost 2, and this product has been used regularly for well over a year now. It is true that we do get lots of inquiries about where to buy one! Now all I want is one that will seat two babies in a double cart seat... we have another baby due in two months.
Customer Review: Great Product...worth the $$ Summary: 5 Stars
Think about how many things babies put in their mouths...GROSS! I am always disgusted to see babies "gumming" the shopping cart handles knowing that hundreds of other people have had their germy hands all over the handles of the cart. And I really doubt that those high chairs at restaurants are cleaned after every use.
The floppy seat is a smart solution and in my opinion well worth the money. People are always asking where I found this product. It's really not that difficult to put the floppy seat on the cart while holding the baby (moms & dads should be used to multi-tasking!). It's such a cinch to keep clean...machine wash and dry! We'll never leave home without it! Comes in a blue version, too!
Customer Review: floppy seat flaw Summary: 3 Stars
This product is a great invention. It works great in high chairs at restaurants and in shopping carts at the store. It also folds up nicely into its own little pouch with handles so it can easily be stored in your trunk. There is one flaw however. When the floppy seat is unfolded and in use, my daughter's legs always get stuck in the handles because the manufacturer sews them on right where my little girls legs go through the shopping cart. It drives me nuts. I stuff the handles back in their pouch but they don't stay. It's inevitable that her legs will get tangled up when we use this product. Hopefully they will revamp the design in a new model, and sew the handles to the back or side of the floppy seat.
