I read others' reviews before ordering, and upon receiving this cute See 'n Say toy I am thoroughly satisfied. It is SO adorable and a great way to teach the animals and sounds. Haven't had any problem with the wrong animals speaking. Love the quiz part of its features. It IS a little loud, but I was able to fix that easily by opening it up and placing a piece of cloth over the speaker to muffle it a bit. I highly recommend this toy for all young'uns!Customer Review: Somewhat of a disappointment........

My daughter (12 months old) did not like this toy. Maybe she is a little too young since the recommended age is 18 months, but even in 6 months, I think some of the farm animals will be hard for her to distinguish. I have to really listen to make out some of the sounds. I was a little disappointed at it's size, too. I remember when I was little the toy was much larger. One advantage is the flip page. It has more animals than the older see 'n says.Customer Review: My toddler still loves this.

I got this for my then 15-month old boy. He loves it. He plays with it all the time. He especially like the 2 songs in this toy. But of course mama or papa has to help him point the pointer to the song.
It took him about a month to be able to pull the 'handle' down by himself.
My son is now 18-month and he still like to play with this. He will do everything by himself now, and doesn't want any help anymore, of course..:-P

I loved See and Say as a child, and I couldn't wait to get one for my toddler. I got this for him when he was 16 months old. If the toy actually worked consistently, it would be great. But half the time, we pull the lever and it just spins without saying anything. We have to pull it just right, kind of slowly, and have it on one of a few select animals, then it will work. When it does work, he loves it. I'm really disappointed.Customer Review: It broke so soon!

I bought this toy for my daughter and son. They are not rough players and have toys that work very well for quite some time...not this one. It was all over within the week. The animals and page do not match up at times. The toy jams and no sounds come from it until maybe the third try. My children have many leapfrog items..most are 2 years old..still perfect.
This has been the only toy that actually broke.
