My daughter is almost 18 months old, and has trouble pulling the handle on the big see 'n says, even though she loves them. When I saw this one in the store, we tried it out and she loved it! She pulled the handle easily, and I was pleased to see that the middle piece flipped over to reveal even more sounds. It even has a quiz mode and two songs. I decided to purchase this on [...] since it is cheaper here than in stores, and I got it shipped for free. My daughter will be excited to see this under the Christmas tree!Customer Review: Be aware

I am not sure what is going on with this toy and the companies that are selling it through Amazon. This toy, made by Fisher-Price is a $10 item. You can get it from ToysRUs, Target, Walmart, etc. I don't know why it is selling for so much more ($80-$90 range). I have e-mailed the two companies selling this item, B&H Outlet and Wizard Entertainment to find out why it is so expensive. I am still awaiting a reply. I would hate for someone to pay so much for such a simple toy; although, I would like to think no one would.Customer Review: Nothing like the one you had when you were little!

I bought this toy for my daughter thinking it would be something like the animal noise toy (pull-the-string type - which is probably not considered safe anymore) a lot of people of my generation had when we were little. It isn't, and it also does not work well. The lever is far too difficult for a child to pull, and it makes so much noise when pulled that you can't hear the animal sound it triggers! Terrible design, poor quality, awful sound. It isn't even cheap -- but not worth it even if it was!Customer Review: Doesn't say the right animals

This is a really cute toy and a good idea. But when you turn the "page" it doesn't recognize the new animals. It will say the animal that is in that spot when the page is turned the other way. For example the sheep is at the top left when the page is on the left. Then when you turn it and there's a cat in that spot it still says sheep. I would think this would get very confusing and frustrating for a child who is just learning their animals and sounds. Maybe I just got a defective one...Customer Review: Satisfied

It's much smaller than I expected, which makes it less interesting for my baby...the animals are too small for him to really see well.
The sounds are mostly great...except that the sound of the rabbit is a "boing" for hopping, which isn't really consistent with what sounds the animals "make."
The other oddity is the "owl" which isn't an owl, but a "barn owl." Seems a little complicated.
Anyway, still it's a fun and safe toy for us to play with together.
