My 15 month old daughter received this as a gift. While she does enjoy playing with it, there are several aspects that could be improved.
1) The "comb" is not really a comb - just a solid piece of plastic. Would it be that difficult to make this an actual comb?
2) The phone is supposed to squeak when you press the keypad, but ours doesn't. Maybe we just got a dud.
3) Trying to fit everything into the purse is nearly impossible for a young child. With some careful planning you can get it all in, but it's a very tight fit.

We bought this for our daughter shortly after her 1st birthday. She loves Elmo and loves playing in my purse, therefore we thought she would enjoy this toy. She does- she loves putting the items in and out of the purse and pretending to use the phone and put on the lipstick. The only complaint I would have is that all of the items barely fit into the purse. My daughter can never get them all in - it's like a puzzle. However, she still enjoys playing with it. I purchased this for my 10 month old granddaughter and she loves it. She pretends to eat the lipstick! It is so cute! She puts the items in and takes them out of the purse. I gave it to her 2 months ago and it is still the first toy that she takes out of the toy chest. It is well worth the money.Customer Review: Cute

I bought this for my 2 year old daughter and while she loves the Sesame Street theme, it was a bit bulky and uncomfortable to carry around. We returned it and got the "My First Purse" instead and she really loves that one. Overall they have the same features, this one is just a lot more bulky because of the hard plastic.
