Customer Review: Should come with a choking hazard warning

I was very disapointed when I recieved these. I thought they looked pretty small in the picture, but read the reviews and figured if they were fine for a 1yr old, they must be bigger, and would not be a choking hazard, so I got them for my 2 year old. I was very wrong. The Elmo and Ernie are very small and Elmo is also very skinny. They did not pass the choke tube test. The product says 18 months and up and I am confused as to why with the strict choking size standards. There are many other toys that have a choking hazard warning that are larger.
The cookie monster is okay though, he is fatter and a little bigger,I gave him to my daughter and she loves him. I agree that children love to play with them, but when buying for a child under 3, you need to be aware of the tiny size if you err on the more cautious side like I do. The tiny size will also cause them to get lost easily. In my opinion this toy is a ripe off.
