We were impressed to see the price of this rocket - much cheaper than at the stores. My 3-year old loves the "fire" that comes out of the back of the rocket and the two pods that come off to use separate from the rocket. It's a bit on the loud side, but there is a switch to turn the sound off for moments of relief. It seems to be very durable - I'm hoping that it will make it for a long time with my two boys.Customer Review: fun toy

My son got this for Christmas. At full price, it wasn't something I would have purchased for him, but I got it when it was on sale for less than $20. My little boy loves the sounds it makes, even my husband was impressed with the "flame" action. The only downside is that some of the larger heroes - like Mars for example, don't fit in the seats too well, but they seem to stay in anyway.Customer Review: A nice surprise

My 3 year old received this toy for Christmas and he loves it. It is very durable and my son loves the sounds it makes. Additionally he loves playing along with the DVD that comes with the toy. My 5 year old son received this toy for Christmas and loves it. He also got some of the transformer toys, which pale in comparison to this ship and the Planet Hero action figures. Love, Love, LOVE this toy! It has provided hours of fun for my son. He loves the "Jet Fire" and all of the sounds. Excellent value from Amazon! Handle on the bottom makes it easy for him to hold onto and fly around.
