I purchased this for my grandson for Christmas. It worked fine on Christmas Day and he love Mickey...but after 2 days, the volume was so low you can not hear it. Needless to say, the toy is no longer fun for him. I don't know if the toy was defective or if this is just the quality but I am very disappointed in this purchase.Customer Review: Hearing Problem

I bought this phone for my grandson. It was loud in the package but when taken out , you could hardly hear the phone. Hope I just got a bad one because I returned it and re-ordered it. My grandson loves Mickey Mouse Clubhouse . Two yrs and seven months is his age. I will let you know how the second phone comes.Customer Review: Disappointed

If you like toys you can barely hear, then this is your toy! As Disney fans, we were looking forward to have Mickey Mouse Clubhouse voices and songs with us all day, but its too quiet to hear. Sounds loud in the box but that is the echo from the back speaker against the cardboard. Disappointed in Disney!Customer Review: Love It!

This phone is so great. My son has so much fun with it. When you call different number combinations it actually rings and then one of your favorite disney characters answers. It made a perfect stocking stuffer. My son is learning numbers and this has really helped him. It is just a really fun toy.Customer Review: Daughter loves it

My mom gave this to my daughter when she was [...] months (she will be 2 this month). She loves this phone! It is very durable it goes on all our outing and has been dropped many times. I like it because the sounds are soft so it does not bother everyone else (or me for that matter).
