My three kids loved this. My eldest is almost 8 and even she played with it. It is safe, with no choking parts. My little baby boy loves it. We have bought a lot of little people items over the years. The only set that I found a little iffy was the Dora Hacienda. It had a recall for lead and it could clamp down or pinch if you weren't careful. The castle, doll house, airplane and barn have all been constant winners with my kids.They are not cheap, but they last.Customer Review: Great for imagination play!

Our 1 year old just received this toy, but our 2 1/2 year old stole it and won't give it up. Just like all little people's toys the figures are great sizes for little hands, the toys are fun and easy to play with.
The plane says lots of different things, the only problem I can think of is it comes with cute cardboard cut outs of kids sitting in the seats, I wish that was part of the actual windows.
Would definitely buy for my kids.

This is a great toy and my son loves playing with it, he even pushes the buttons with his finger (instead of putting the little people in those spots) just to hear the sounds and music. It's extremely durable and looks brand new even after he's carried it around and dropped it everywhere. The handle is also a great idea for little hands.
My biggest suggestion is to look elsewhere for a better price! I bought this at Wal-mart for him for $[...]!!

She's one year old and she loves playing with the "Little People" and the airplane. She carries the people around, kisses them and takes them on imaginary plane rides through the sky. She also pushes the plane around on the ground and dances to the music the plane makes when she pushes down on the pilot seated in the front of the plane. Because this was such a hit, I bought two other "Little People" toys to add to her collection and she loves them all!Customer Review: Airplane Isnt All That Great

I bought this for my little girl, she was about 1yr at the time, and I think I played with that thing more than she did! Its bulky, hard to get the little people in & out of, only has a few "sound effects", and its really not that fun of a toy - its kind of boring. I rarely rate anything this low, but when I saw this listed at 30 dollars I couldn't believe it! I know I didn't pay that much for mine & believe me it is Not Worth that much!
