We purchased this for our 18 month old daughter as a gift. We bought this one in particular due to an upcoming trip on an airplane. While she had flown before, she probably was too young to remember. She loves making the plane sing and "fly." Be aware that there are two different versions of this plane, one is slightly different and the prices differ. This is a toy that is durable and will stand the test of time. It has a cute song that it plays, along with a few different phrases.Customer Review: If you love the school bus, you'll love the plane!!!

My son received the Fisher Price School Bus for his first birthday and LOVED it, so I figured he would love this airplane as well. He enjoys swapping out the little people and opening and closing the doors. A fun toy, cute sound effects and song.
The only downside to the airplane compared to the school bus is that the opening is a smaller than the bus. For little hands, it's not a problem, but when you have all the airplane seats filled, it can be a little tight...

My 16 month old has had this since he was 1. It is very well made and comes with 3 figures, the pilot and two passengers and some luggage. It is colourful and easy for my little guy to manoeuver. The sounds are a little disappointing in that there are only four different ones...the music is cheerful and makes my little guy dance on the spot. I wouldn't recommend this for anyone over 3 as it really is quite basic and I think requires adult creative interaction to make more of it.Customer Review: A good toy for imagination

My son just received this toy for his first birthday. There isn't that much to explain about it- it's a simple plane with a pilot and two passengers. It makes a few sounds. My son seems to enjoy putting the people in and out of the plane. My three year old daughter had tons of fun with it too pretending that the people were going on a trip and then flying the people around. It's a good toy for encouraging pretend play and imagination. My daughter got this for her first birthday along with a bunch of other "Little People" toys. She loves them all, but the airplane is obviously her favorite. After three months she still loves carrying it around by the handle and playing the music and sounds. It's very durable because she's dropped it numerous times and it shows no signs of wear and tear. I've recommended this to friends and family with young ones. Now I'm recommending it to everyone here on Amazon.
