My cousin got this toy for my now 18month old. She's had it since she was about 14 months. Since then the only play value she has from it is to pull off the roller coaster loop and wear it as a necklace, and she will bring the ferris wheel into the living room and put the people on it and turn it around but that was only just recently. It's a big toy that takes up a lot of space for one that is hardly used. I wont give it away as she does enjoy the ferris wheel and the little people and the red "necklace" but now the cars wont do the loop anymore because the loop has been pulled off so many times.Customer Review: Easy to take apart

My son got this for his 2nd birthday. He loved it at first when I showed him how to properly use it. But, after a few weeks he figured out how to take the track off and also wear it around his neck & put it on mommy's head too. He rarely uses the ferris wheel or airplane ride, mainly becuase they're too easy to take off the base. If they made it so you can screw all the rides and track onto the base it would be better. I think I will try that myself. I agree that the people don't stay on the planes when you spin it. He did learn how to loop the car on the hook & press the button to let the car go.Customer Review: My 21 Month old son loves this toy

This is a great toy for my 21 month old son. He loves to send Sonya Lee down the track and spends endless amounts of time playing peek-a-boo with the exit ramp (clown face). He also loves to spin the ferris wheel, but isn't too hot on the planes. He figured out that most of his hot wheels cars will make the loop and come out the bottom, too, so that added a new dimension to the toy. The only problem we have had is that he can separate the track from the base pretty easily and until he learned not to, I had to fix it pretty often. Overall, I would highly recommend this toy, moms will enjoy it, too.Customer Review: 5 boys...5 years and under...give this toy 5 STARS!!!

Well, I can't believe I am actually taking the time to write this review but...I feel that this toy is worth the time. In my 14 years of parenting and now having five boys (ages 5, 4, 3, 2 and 9 months), I am amazed at how this toy occupies so much of their time and imagination! Yes they have taken the track off, the ramp off, etc., etc... but it all fits back together and continues to work perfectly. And more than that...You know it is a great toy when after ten thousand arguements over the blasted thing...YOU are shopping for ANOTHER ONE! Too bad they are out of stock. I hesitated to buy this toy because of the negative reviews listed here, but when a friend offered to buy this for my 1 year old's birthday, I agreed. She loves all the little people toys. Although I have to put the cars on the track and help her get them started, she loves to watch them go. She also loves to put the people on and off the ferris wheel and watch me make it go.I have had no problems with the cars staying on the track and I find if they start going slow, I just wipe the whole track with a diaper wipe and the zoom along again.
This is a cute toy.
