Customer Review: My daughter loves this!

Christmas was a very intimitating time for me as my daughter was only eight and a half months. I was confused about what to get her as she showed very little interest in a lot of the toys that I had previously purchased. When I found this Learning Farm I decided I would give it a try. Worst case scenario would be that my cousins' children and my niece could play with it when they came over. Much to my surprise my daughter loved it! It's the only toy she's played with since Christmas. She loves the music and the lights. She crawls through the barn door and laughs when it sings to her. There are some features that she hasn't quite mastered yet like feeding the cow and helping the chicken lay the eggs, but she still loves playing with the brightly colored shapes and the eggs. My only complaint is that the Farm is not very stable for infants who are learning to pull themselves up. My daughter is just starting to stand and tries to pull herself up using the farm for support. While the base is wide enough that it doesn't fall over, it isn't the greatest support either. It's not a big deal though, I just hold it steady for her and it's all good. I would DEFINITELY recommend buying this toy!!
Also, when I saw this product on Amazon I was concerned about the warning about it being a choking hazard and not recommended for children under 3. I purchased it anyways, if anything I would just wait until my daughter was old enough to play with it. There were some small pieces included in the packaging but once the Farm is completely assembled I think there is no longer a choking hazard. From what I can tell there are no small pieces that can be removed and potentially swallowed. My daughter's been playing with it for almost a month and has been completely safe. Of course I keep an eye on her when she's playing with it but if I were concerned about a choking hazard I wouldn't let her play with it.
