Toys and Games Reviews of Fisher-Price Kid-Tough Headphones PinkCustomer Review: Great First Headphones! Summary: 5 Stars
This is a good set of first headphones. They're extremely durable and can stand getting dropped, sat on, and throw in travel bags with no ill effects. I like the volume control since most people, kids or adults, will turn the volume up so loud that they can't hear anything else. While that's great for listening to music, it can also be damaging to the ears. Not really made for use in loud areas but good for car trips.
Customer Review: Child headphones Summary: 3 Stars
This is a great idea and I like that it came in different colors so I could keep track of whose was whose, but I'm a little disappointed that it doesn't have a volume control. My children can't hear their leapsters using it, but it does work well in the car with the portable DVD player. I haven't tested it on an airplane, but I'm hoping they'll be able to hear over the roar of the engines.
Customer Review: Works okay (but not in the Leapster2) Summary: 3 Stars
We bought this headset for our 3 year old daughter so she could use it with her Leaspter2 and our iPod. It works fine in the iPod, although our daughter says it's not loud enough. In the Leapster2, however, it does not work well at all. The Leapster2's case is curved and the plug will not stay in far enough to keep the connection; it comes loose every time the Leapster2 is moved.
Customer Review: Great Headphones!! Summary: 5 Stars
I bought this for my 2yo and they really work! My daughter watches videos on my iPod with no trouble at all! A lot of people are giving bad reviews about the product but they forget that these headphones are for kids so of course they will not be loud. Bottom line is "Great headphones for little kids"
Customer Review: Works fine, but... Summary: 1 Stars
The headphones themselves work just fine. The problem is the foam pieces around the speakers come out too easily and are not that easy to put back in. This become problematic as my youngest kept pulling the foam off. If you can get around my little problem, then these are very good.
