This item arrived quickly. It was purchased for a little boy just under three years old. We hoped to help him get through a long plane ride. The headphones are small enough for a toddler and work just fine. He fidgeted with them a bit, but settled in to his video. I had tried a different brand that was supposed to be for children but they were too big. I would recommend the Fisher Price headphones as being ideal for young children.Customer Review: Can't hear with these headphones

I recently purchased these headphones for my three year old grandson to give him on his fourth birthday along with the Fisher Price Musical player. I decided to try them myself before giving them to him. I could not hear any music whatsoever coming through these headphones even though the room was quiet and the volume was at it's max. I will have to look around for another set of headphones as I will not be giving these to him.Customer Review: Great Headphones for a Preschooler!

I bought these headphones for my 3 1/2 yr old son so he could play his Leapster quietly on an airplane. I am quite happy with my purchase, as they fit his head well and are very durable. He has no trouble getting them on or off, or plugging them in. They are sturdy, and we haven't had any trouble with the sound breaking up or not working on one side. I give these headphones an A+++++ for a first pair for little ones!Customer Review: Covers fall off

I purchased these headphones for my 3 year old son. The foam covers on the ear pieces keep falling off and they are very, very hard to put back on! You have to pry off a plastic piece, then put the foam back on, then squeeze the cover back on so that it stays...which is virtually impossible! I finally gave up trying to fix them and went to Walmart to buy a different brand...hopefully I won't have this same problem!Customer Review: Beware tenacious toddler fingers!

Both my children (5 and 2) like the headphones just fine. On a long trip over several days in December 09, volume did not seem to be an issue for either child. HOWEVER. Two hours into the first leg of our trip, our 2-year-old had pulled the foam pads off each side. It does not appear that we can fit them back on so they'll stay. Functionally, they're still fine--but this seems like a design flaw.
