Customer Review: Total Disappointment

After much research, we purchased this camera for our 4 year old daughter. This was a gift just prior to the birth of her little brother. Our plan was for this to be a view through her eyes of meeting and getting to know her baby brother
Instead we have had nothing but disappointment. The camera fails to work most of the time and the major issue, is that every time we plug the camera in all of the photos are just wiped/deleted right off the camera. I have tried PC,Mac, and everything in between...I have even tried to recover photos and had no luck. Nothing like having all your young child's captured memories disappear each time they ask you to transfer the pictures. Fisher Price should understand the impact a product like this has on a child and work to make sure it can support the technology and needs of the medium.
