My 4 year old son got this batcave for christmas. He loves superheroes and this was hands-down the biggest hit of the day. He and his 6 year old brother played with it all day and folded it up and brought it to grandma's house and continued to play with it. My almost 2 year old also really likes it and he can play along side his big brothers and I don't hear any fighting...nice. We also got two separate "bad guys" and a batmobile. You definitely need the bad guys to maximize the fun. My wife found this last Hanukkah, and it was a great purchase! The toy comes with the Batcave structure, a Batman figurine, Robin, bat accessories like a computer, batcycle, batarangs, etc.
It has a lot of different features:
- Elevator,
- Missle launchers
- Front drawbridge
- Lots of nooks and crannies in which to put characters/store stuff
We play with the Batcave all the time - it fosters a lot of creativity, has tons of different things it can do, and is very attractive. Draws a crowd whenever it is around.

My 3 1/2 year old absolutely loves this toy - and I must say it comes as close to the Fisher Price castle toy of my own youth as it gets - there's so many different doors, floors, and secret openings to enthrall any youth. My six year old daughter loves it just as much. The figures are great shaped, everything is sturdy and colorful, and it keeps my son so interested in his own world. So enjoyable to see instead of kids playing video games. But Target sold this for $43.99 before Christmas, and I see that an Amazon seller is asking $85. i love Amazon.com but if you don't buy right away, the price can change so quickly. because i paid $39.99 for this Batcave. This seems like it would be more for little boys but I gave this as a Christmas present to a 6 year old boy who loves figurines. He may only get a year or so of playing out of it. but i figured, you're only a kid once. he has plenty of time to get big kid toys. & so far he really likes it. I love that you can fold it up to take less space. I also bought the "imaginext joker" so that he could have a "bad guy" to protect the world from.Customer Review: Perfect Batcave for the young fan.

When last year's Santa delivered the WRONG batcave, I knew this elf better help find the right one for the nice old man. I knew Santa did a good job, when we were awakened by the joyous scream, "Santa got the right cave this year!!!"
It's perfect for his young hands. Everything folds up inside, making it easy to store and clean up. Already adding to the toys it came with.
Only complaint was that we couldn't find the directions to put it together. Easy to do by looking at the pictures on the box.
