I also have had issues with this product and have replaced it due to a faulty power button. However, I just contacted the Fisher-Price customer service and they informed me they have had numerous calls regarding the problem with the power button. They directed me to check the cartridge and make sure it is inserted all the way in and once I really pushed it in and heard it click, I was able to get the piano to work. This is a great learning tool, let's hope it continues to work.Customer Review: I live in the USA

I bought 2 of these for my twin grandsons for Christmas, however they only just opened them. Much to my surprise the verbal instructions are in English, the box they came in is written in English, HOWEVER!!!!!!! the instructions when plugged in are in Spanish, we are an English speaking country. Nothing in the description said anything about Spanish!!! I will be calling the Consumer Assistance number tomorrow, and I WILL NOT BE HAPPY.Customer Review: Age appropriate toys

I must admit that I returned this piano because it seemed too simple for my 10 year old granddaughter. Her mother picked this out and I ordered it before I reviewed it or read any reviews. I should have! Sorry. A friend of hers who is age 7 bought one and she thought it was "really cool". I'm sure it is but there's a world of difference between ages 7 and 10. We bought her a real keyboard and offered to pay for piano lessons!Customer Review: Playing away

My 5 yr old son received this from Santa. At first, he couldn't get enough of it. Now it sits with the rest. I think with some reminders, he will be as excited to play it as when he got it. It has a lot of potential. You need to buy separate cartridges for more music, but it comes with starter music and you can play your own tunes. I wish the cord was longer. I don't think a child under 5 would "get" it.Customer Review: Stopped working on Christmas day!

Our daughter turned the thing on and used it twice today and now it won't work at all. The power will not stay on - when pressing the power button, the system lights up, but will not stay on when you release the power button.
Now we have dig up the receipt and return it to the store. We will ask for a refund - forget an exchange. A horrible experience and a disappointed little girl.
