This toy is one of those that will get played with ALOT and be worth the money you spent on it. Or will make a great gift! My son is 1 and we bought this for his birthday. We also bought the zebra that attaches to the end of the train. We dont buy alot of toys because they just dont get played with and we cannot waste our money but this is one toy we spurged on for him and he loves it. This is a toy that can be played with for many years and he will not outgrow quickly. Great toy! THANKS FISHER PRICE! quality, durable, safe (hopefully no recalls like alot of other companies have) I hope to get the other two attachements for christmas. (I think there are 3 in all)I bet we see these toys being passed around for the next 5 to 10 years. Just like the other 2 fisher price toys that he is currently playing with that were my daughters 15 years ago!Customer Review: I love this train!!

We bought this train for our six month old daughter. It arrived way faster than I expected. For the price that I paid I didn't think it would be as big or as nice as it is. We have so much fun playing with this toy. It doesn't get put away. Every day when she is on the floor she always manages to get to the train. I turned off the moving wheels at the moment. She's not quite crawling and she got frustrated when it went away from her. She loves playing the different songs and hitting the whistle that makes animal sounds. She figured it out within a couple of days. I haven't seen a need to get the other cars for anything other than the fact that they're super cute!! We absolutely love this!! There is one con though. The songs get stuck in your head for days on end, since they're so catchy and fun to sing along with.Customer Review: She loves the toy and I love the packaging

My granddaugher LOVES this toy and spends hours with it as she visits each week. At 8 months, it is encouraging her to crawl as it moves along the floor and she loves the many ways she can make it make music and noises. The toys are easy to hold and manipulate and provide endless options for curiosity and learning. So far, it and her "baby" seem to be her favorite toys.
A button lets you choose if the train moves or remains when the green button is pushed keeping the fun in easy range of baby, and volume control is helpful too. We enjoy "singing" along with the music which is perky and surprisingly adult friendly.
I loved not having to wrestle with toy packaging and knowing that I didn't have tons of stuff to pitch into a landfill. Good job Amazon and FP.

I purchased this toy for my six month old based upon the great reviews it received. My son who is now 9 months still has no desire to play with this toy. At first, he liked taking the animals off the train and putting them in his mouth but to be honest I have found that this toy has to be put away until he is more around 18 months. Then maybe he will like moving the train around the room but I doubt it. My son is more of an auditory and tactile person than visual. It was not worth the expense. The best toy out there are the rings that hard plastic rings that can link together and that are easy to carry with him and the soft toys he can put in his mouth. He plays more with my dogs Ty Dolls (beanie babies) because they have more texture varities to them than even the soft teethers for baby do. Fisher-Price Amazing Animals Sing & Go Choo-Choo I got this for my 13 month old granddaughter and it is amazing how much fun all of the little ones have with it. It is a great toy and just entrances them and gives them great joy. Children of all ages love it.
As said by another reviewer, the music is loud. I don't find the songs offensive, just another song for the kids to learn and love. The idea of turning the music down by taping off the speaker is a good idea though if you can't stand the volume.
Buy this toy and let you pre-schoolers enjoy another great Fisher-Price item that is well made and great fun. Fisher-Price is well known for their quality and age appropriate toys.
