Customer Review: The ant farm is great, getting the ants is a nightmare!

My 8yr. old son loves this, and so do I. I couldn't imagine the ant farm without it's light. Even during the day the illuminator adds a wonderful element and allows you to see the ants more clearly. However, getting the ants is a headache. The ants alive company is horrible it took over two weeks from time of purchase until the time I got them in the mail. Upon opening the package, all but 4 of my 25 ants were alive. On top of this, they are unreachable by phone or email. I would definately attempt to purchase ants from another retailer.
