Toys and Games Reviews of Fascinations AntWorks Illuminated BlueCustomer Review: It's a terrible toy Summary: 1 Stars
My son got this as his birthday gift this August. After put 10+ ants into the container, the next morning they were all gone. And it because the cover does seal completely. I tried it myself and watched the ants easily came out of the container. Now three months later, our house has the ant party everyday!! Terrible toy! so far I spent several times more money than what the toy costed.
Customer Review: The NEW wave of ant farms is here! Summary: 5 Stars
This leaves the sand-between-glass ant farms of old in the dust. The self contained nutrition, water, and living environment first of all make it incredibly simple. But the vantage point and clarity that the owner has of all things ant related is unsurpassed.
We've had ours for about four months. The ants have lived out their lives and we are on our second order of ants.
Customer Review: Extremely Cool... for 6 days Summary: 5 Stars
EXTREMELY cool product. Stays together pretty well, may need some glue if you really want the lid to be air-tight.
My only concern with it, was that it was so small that the ants dug it all out in a matter of days. I bought the smallest number of ants I could find (25), and they dug it all out within the first 4 days.

Customer Review: Really Cool Ant Farm Summary: 5 Stars
We bought this farm for my seven year old, but my whole family has been fascinated watching the ants tunnel through the space age gel. They were especially cool in the first week or so when they were working like crazy to establish their tunnels. We don't really use the illuminated portion of the farm much, but the farm itself is fascinating. This is a great gift for kids.
Customer Review: Ants are too expensive Summary: 1 Stars
The ants for this are $5 each batch, which isn't bad unless you live in an area like Phoenix where it's 120 degrees and the ants arrive dead by mail. I had alot of problems getting live ants to use with this, and NO you don't get any ants for free. After about 4 months the gel started to melt and came detached from the sides, in the end I ended up tossing the whole thing out.
