My eight year old grandson has hardly stopped playing with the screwdiver, and it draws out his imagination as he plays with it.

My sonic screwdriver looks good, but it's a dud -- no sound or light. (Yes, I'm sure the batteries are in the right way.) Kind of spoils the fun.
