Customer Review: Great for younger toddlers

We bought this when my daughter was around 10 months and it seemed very appropriate for her. She used the kitchen to pull herself up (I would have to hold it because of its light weight) and would walk around it. It really helped her get the walking/cruising thing down. She also liked opening and closing the doors and dispensing the ice cubes. The plastic shaped ice cubes were probably the best! She learned shapes and how to insert them and dispense them. She played with this toy up until she was 1 1/2 and then moved on to bigger things. It was not expensive and I feel we got some good use out of it. I would not recommned this for an older toddler but for new little explorers its great!Customer Review: A Great First Kitchen

We had planned on getting my daughter a big kitchen she could grow into for her first birthday. However, I couldn't find one I loved, so we decided to go with this one and keep looking for a big one. This is perfect for her right now. She plays with it every day, and it has been two months since her first birthday. She loves to pretend stir and put the skillet and bowl in and out of the microwave or oven. She also likes the ice cube dispenser; although, I don't like it that any shape will fit in the holes. We have plenty of other shape fitting toys though. My three year old also likes to play this with his sister. I know she will grow out of it, but for right now it is perfect.Customer Review: A great mini kitchen

This is a great smaller version of the bigger kitchens out there. I do think that they are a little wrong on the age ranges however. My daughter played with this when she was only 6 months old and was soon bored with it by the time she reached 1 and a half. Now we are getting her a bigger kitchen because when she did play with this one she kept herself busy for a while. She's always getting into my kitchen so hopefully the bigger one will keep her busier now that she'll be 2 in february. As far as duribility of the product it deserves 10 stars...My nephews have used this thing for just about anything you could possibly imagine and its been through a lot but everything still works!Customer Review: We have definitely gotten our money's worth!

I got this for my daughter for Christmas last year. For awhile she mostly played with the shape sorter, putting the objects in and pushing the button to let them out over and over and over. Now that she is almost 2 years old, she gets a lot of pretend play benefit out of it. She loves to boil golf ball "eggs" and serve them to me. The kitchen was the perfect height for her at one year old because she could sit in front of it and play. Now that she is taller, I simply set it on top of a plastic box so that she can reach it perfectly standing up. I highly recommend this kitchen! (PS - a bonus is that we are still on our first set of batteries after 10 months of play!)Customer Review: Total Waste of Money!

We bought this for my daughter's 1st Birthday, and I was so excited and so sure she was going to love it! Nope, she played with it for about 30 seconds, and was bored! The thing is so small, that only little bitty babies could play with it while on their stomachs, and a baby small enough to play with it would not have the motor skills to do so! She attempted to pull up on it a few times, but it tips over! I noticed that as soon as I took it out of the box! NOT STURDY AT ALL! I have trouble opening some of the doors, so no way a little one could! The phone is impossible for little hands to hang up as well! We are returning it and buying a big kitchen she can enjoy and grow with!
