Customer Review: good for the youngest

I bought this for my 1 year old after hemming and hawing about buying a larger play kitchen. This is really just too small for all but the youngest. My daughter played with it for a month, but now she wants to play with the cooking utensils and pots and pan, and there just isn't enough room to "play" with the kitchen. The shape sorter is nice, but there are better ones out there. My daughter, at the time was all about standing, and when she stood at this kitchen, she was taller than the small thing. This is a great kitchen for a very short time frame for the youngest. I would reccommend buying a bigger one, even if you wait a little.Customer Review: A great toy

I was hesitant about buying this toy at first but I bought it any way and I am glad I did. I bought this product when my daughter was 6 month's old and now at 18 month's she is still playing with it. She loves putting the shapes in the holes and pushing the button for them to come out. And she loves playing with the pot and pan putting them in the stove and microwave. And when you put the pot on the stove it makes bubbling sounds and the pan sizzles.It is so cute. When she first recieved this product she didn't play with it much but as soon as she was bored with her other Christmas toys she discoved this one and plays with it non-stop.Customer Review: ok toy

I read the reviews for this toy but had already bought it. I got it for my daughter when she was 9 months old and loved it at first she was obsessed with it. But according to the box it was great for kids up to 3yrs my daugter was sick of it by the time she was 20 months it is to short for her and just isnt interesting enough so I'm looking for a full size one now. I regret not doing that in the first place I think she would have loved it too even at 9 months she had to sit to play with it. So even know it was a neat toy I recommend getting one that will last longer they make them fullsize with no chokeable parts.Customer Review: She is cooking too!!!

My 11 months old girl adores this toy. I put it in my kitchen so she can be cooking too when I'm busy in the kitchen. It doesn't take a lot of space and it has a lot of things that she can take out and put in. I added a few things, like more little pots, her plastic spoons and a couple of little containers; so she has more things to play with. The thing that I like the most is that she can do it sitting down, she can't walk yet so this one is like the starting kitchen, and then when she can walk I'll buy her the bigger one. One more thing that I would add up is more kitchen noises but other than that 5 starssss!!!Customer Review: Hours of enjoyment!

My 17 month old got this for Christmas (she was 13 months then) and she absolutely loves it! At first, I didn't really think there was that much to it, but she arranges all of the pots and pans and loves to open all of the doors. She also figured out how to push the button to make the pans sizzle and boil, so she loves doing that. I also bought some extra "food" items for it, so she puts all of those in the pans too. She plays with this every day. I am a huge fan of Little Tykes things and they last forever. This is definitely worth your [money]and I think girls or boys will have fun playing with it!
