My son received this item as a gift (no receipt). The CD player has NEVER worked. I contacted Digital Blue Customer Service to inquire about options. After a rudimentary reply to unplug the unit and try to play a CD again, we have no warranty, no return, no options, no recourse but to throw the item away. Don't waste your money on this item!
