I bought this for my 4 yr. old daughter for Christmas. My husband and I were so dissapointed upon seeing it. It is very cheaply made. Yes, it is cute and very, very small (which was dissapointing too). The basket is plastic and the tin tea set is very rickity. I was honestly mad that I spent $30 on this. One of the cup handles was broken when I opened it, leaving sharp edges (and now unusable.) I have never written a review on here, but felt so obligated to. I purchased all of my X-mas gifts through Amazon this year and was not upset about any other purchase. Do Not Waste your money.Customer Review: Spoons not so long lasting

This is a super cute tea set, my daughters love it and it's been played with for many hours. Unfortunately the spoons are falling apart, and there is no good way to glue them back together. I would have liked them to be more durable. If I were to buy another, I would pick one without the spoons. I chose this set for the basket, so there would be something to store everything in. I would have rated it higher if the spoons were more durable.Customer Review: tea set

i read bad reviews on this toy... that it was too small, or badly made. and that it was plastic instead of wicker. well, it is perfect size for small hands, it is durable. the lid to the pot is made to stay on, for then it will not spill out when they pour, and wicker is a style not a fiber... my daughter's only complaint is not to do with the toy, it is that her dolls cannot actually pick up the cups and drink.Customer Review: Disappointed Mom of three girls

I purchased this tea set for my daughter's 4th birthday and all three of my girls love to have tea parties so I thought it would be a great gift. Unfortunately, two of the tea cups' handles fell off and we had to throw away some of the spoons because of sharp edges. The spout on the tea pot also has a sharp edge as well. The whole set is smaller than it looks in the pictures. I was disappointed in the size of the basket and how very small the cups are. The utinsils have porcalin handles which I didnt expect from a tin tea set. We already dropped and broke one handle. The set is cute and enjoyable but not what I had excpected.
