Customer Review: More like a medieval torture device!

The edges are sharp. If that doesn't deter you enough, then buy at your own risk. Yes, they're rounded, but only in two dimensions, and not a crucial third dimension. They're not sharp like a knife, but sharp enough so that if your daughter accidentally bumps into it while getting in and out of bed, she will feel the pain like nothing else. If you lean on it just a little while tucking your daughter in, you'll get a pretty major bruise. And in the dark, it's quite easy for you or your daughter to kick or bump into it.
I'm afraid to even think of the consequences if your daughter gets rowdy and jumps up and down on it.
The two stars instead of one is because the art on it is pretty high quality, and it's sturdy for a light bed.
