Cannot use this Deluxe Sand and Water Wheel because the funnel that you put the sand or water in is missing. This item was on backorder for 2 months, and I received it today minus the funnel. Who do I call? Can find no phone numbers. I am not happy! My rating of the toy cannot be genuine since we are unable to use it without the funnel. We used a toy like it at a science museum, and my 2-year-old grandaughter was fascinated with it for a long time.
