I recieved my daughters' wand in three pieces the first time it was sent to me due to the packaging. I sent two e-mails before they replied and sent me a new wand as well as a second wand at no charge. I was delighted for the second wand until my daughter get to play with it and was in pieces within 5 mins of them playing with them. The jewels fell off and parts of it where breaking off. A waste of money if you as me.
