Got this for my 4yr old who loves construction equipment. He loves this lunch box! It seems well made - so far so good. You should know that it seems larger than the "average" lunch box and the truck pics are only on one side of the lunch box. The other side is plain red. He loves it just the same!!
edit / add on: My son is now 6 and is still using this lunch box. He brings cold lunch to school almost everyday (except pizza day and chicken nuggets!) He's a typical boy and not very gentle with things, having said this, the lunch box is still in great shape and no real signs of wear. I'm sure he can get a couple of more years out of it as long as he doesn't grow tired of the construction theme. Fortunately, the trucks are "real enough" that it doesn't seem babyish and he still wants to use it. Also, wide open it's easy to clean with a disinfectant wipe and so not gross after 2 years of use. Highly recommend this lunch box.
