I bought this for my kids because it said "washable." If by washable, they mean it won't last forever on the sidewalk, then it's washable. I thought they were referring to clothing, like all other Crayola washable products. It stained every piece of clothing it came in contact with and I could not get it out. The sidewalk paint lasted for some time on the sidewalk, too; despite hosing it down and having it rain. It eventually came off, but not right away. Perhaps I needed to get on my hands and knees with a scrub brush and some detergent. That's not what I expect when I read "washable." I expect easy to rinse off the sidewalk and washes out of clothing. If you are not concerned with the washability factor, this sidewalk paint is for you. It paints just fine.
