This is a great way to see all your crayon options...and there are a lot of options. My daughter loves having all those crayons at her fingertips. A little pricey for crayons, though--unlike another reviewer, we found it for less at Target. And while the telescoping idea is great, it's too hard for my 3 and 4 year olds to get it up and down by themselves. Also, I assumed that it came with a fitted hard plastic lid, but it just has a flimsy throw-away lid which doesn't do much to protect the crayons or prevent spills.Customer Review: Great Product

This crayon caddy is a great way to store crayons. The boxes that crayons usually come in always fall apart. So this is a great way to put an end to that. It also comes with a sharpener, which is very handy. I wish there was more permanent/sturdy cover, as the one it comes with looks to be only intended as part of the packaging it came in. If there was a more permanent cover, the caddy could be packed for a trip, put in a backpackt, etc. Also, wish the price was better. This is a delightful set of crayons; a multitude of colors and styles. They all arrived neatly arranged and unbroken. I did have one duplicate crayon (the white glitter one), and found the glitter crayons a little disappointing. The glitter tends to clump and makes it difficult to get a really smooth line.
The tower itself is kind of difficult to use; levels tend to either get stuck or collapse unexpectedly.

I remember when I was kid, I absolutely loved my box of 64 color crayolas. Maize was my personal favorite, not a great color but an interesting name. With 150 colors this set will help your child grow in their artistic pursuits. I'm not an artist myself, but it seems that the availablity of so many colors would help your child discern between slight color variations and use this to thier advantage in their art.Customer Review: Neat idea, lots of crayons!

There are indeed 150 unique crayons in this tower, including some neat glitter and metallic crayons. It includes a nice sharpener. My only beef is that they could have made the telescoping aspect a bit more stable, but it's pretty easy to put up and down. Other than that, it's a great way to store crayons so they don't break. My 2-1/2 year old loves it. It's also perfect for a group of kids at a table.
