Customer Review: very nice doll but didn't help with potty training

smells great, is very cute and i love the fact that it tinkles in the potty or diaper, i thought it would help to potty train my daughter, but she lost interest quickly and it didn't train her at all...she does like to take baths with it...you have to make sure, like other wet toys, that you drain the water daily so it doesn't get yuchy...not worth the expensive price tag in my opinion...Customer Review: Doesn't really work, poorly designed

I bought this for my daughter for her 5th birthday. The pee-ing mechanism doesn't actually work and the diaper that's included is way too big for the little baby. My daughter's pretty frustrated right now and I don't blame her. We're going to take it back to the store next chance I get. We'll just stick to the dress-em-up dolls next time.Customer Review: Not Great

Not having much luck with functional urination. Just not wetting in the moments needed. But my daughter likes to mother her and loves that she has a binky too. She loves the doll. In the end, that's what matters. I just think it is overpriced for what it ended up being- a play doll/companion. My daughter loves taking this doll in the bath with her. The only problem is that it retains water and must be left to drip dry before she can continue playing with it. I've tried squeezing all the water out but there seems to be always some left in it. Just wondering why this potty training doll looks like a BABY! Would be nice if they had made the doll look a more like a 2 year old. Seems too much like "newborn potty training time"! Nonetheless, little girls probably like little babies, and the fact that they pee only when you press their bellies is nice.
