Customer Review: IT REALLY IS A CUTE TOY!!!!! We have FUN!

My daughter got her first Zhu Zhu about last Christmas. Actually it was given to her by a boy who "asked her to look after it" he was a little to old for the toy I think. She was a little to young (2 years old). The ZHU ZHU is NUM NUM (I believe the tag says "go go pet" one of the first to come out) We did have an instance where it got caught in her hair, she had tried to take it to bed with her with out me knowing, I did find out that there is a warning lable in regards to this. Please be careful! She STILL has this Zhu Zhu to this day! Over the summer she took him and SCHOODLES (another ZHU ZHU) swimming. SCHOODLES did not make it however NUM NUMS did! He is a little sluggish these days, but what are you going to do the things been through the wringer! ha ha. I did replace SCHOODLES and added JILLY. She got 4 more this Christmas! INCLUDING NUM NUMS She now has a total of 7 pets! She IS only 3yrs old ( I know, I know "age 4 and up" ) so I honestly can't expect to much! We did purchase rechargeable batteries because the batteries DO NOT last long at all. These little creatures bring her so much JOY that I put quite a bit of effort into TEACHING her how to maintain them, most are pretty inexpensive toys, and she is only 3 years old. Just keep it in mind when purchasing them. MY daughter does GREAT!!! After a year she still seems to be very much in love with the ZHU ZHU stuff, plays with it every day! Puts them to bed at night, we purchased a collectors case, aka "hamster hangout" She knows all there names. We have Pergo floors so they have plenty of space to "run", she talks about all the little moves they make. --the pizza delivery car will actually "find" a ZHU ZHU to deliver too! "oh ok now your dropping pizza to your friend, thats so nice" she says! sometimes because she is so young some of the accessories she does need a little help with to get them in the right position to get the toy to work ( I am pretty sure the that most ZHU ZHU accessories are ZHU ZHU powered ) It's just as much fun for me to watch her play with these things especially if she doesn't know I am watching! I say WE ABSOLUTELY LOVE ZHU ZHU'S
