Overall I would buy this product again but it does have some needed improvements. The balls were all connected to each other and had to be broken apart before use. The pieces that connected the balls still stayed on most of the balls making them rough. The chute where the balls roll down to is too narrow at the bottom making it hard to pick the balls up out of the chute to read. This is the second Bingo game I ordered. The first was a few dollars more and was DOA, so I returned it to Amazon and got this one. It turns out to be a flat out winner (and boy did I need one, as this thing was a mother in law gift.) The Bingo gods have smiled. Mom loves it because the balls are heavier and better marked than similarly priced models. It also has a better ball cage. Guys, this is the one to get.Customer Review: good for elderly and shut-ins

Even though the earlier reviews stated the ball lettering was small and could wear off, I purchased this for an elderly lady not able to get out to the Senior Center bingo. The whole family played this after Thanksgiving dinner, and we got such a kick out of seeing how much fun SHE was having. Grandchildren took turns calling the numbers. We enjoyed it enough that she is bringing it to Christmas Day.

This is probably about what one would expect for the price. It is good to have the indentations to keep the balls from rolling off the board, but loading those balls back into the cage is such a slow process that no one wants to do it. As a result most of our use it just putting the balls on a cookie sheet and selecting them from there. The basket isn't worth the trouble.Customer Review: .

product is really great, it came within a week. the bingo balls were actually attached to plastic trays so when the product came it wasn't everywhere.
the bingo cage isn't bad, but if you spin at a certain speed then multiple balls would fall out.
there wasn't enough bingo cards or chips for me, but you can actually buy it on amazon and its pretty cheap.
