This is a nice toy tool set if your child likes to "fix" things and is still too small to borrow the real ones. We gave it to my son over a year ago, on his second birthday, and he has loved them since that day, always "working" and "fixing" everything in sight. They are still as good as new, they don't break even if they are constantly falling. A little warning: they don't really work, except with the provided plastic screws. It's nice that they look like real tools.
The only things we didn't like in this set are the helmet, which is strangely shaped and has nothing to hold it, so it keeps falling off, I would suggest buying a real helmet since they're really cheap. The belt is too stiff and doesn't work properly either because it's so stiff it's hard to fasten around a child's waist.
