I bought this forklift because it was a good size for little hands and the forklift bucket was big enough to actually put cargo in. And although this product is realistic, it is shabbily made of easily-breakable plastic. The steering wheel, front console and forklift forks all broke within 3 weeks. My son loves this forklift & so do his friends. My initial concern was that it was not going to last. Well, in about a month we have had to crazy glue it twice! The plastic used is not very thick and cannot stand up to pressure applied to the forks. So we bought the Tonka as well. My 2 1/2 yr grandson has hours and hours on this "Forky Lift". It's easy to use and no broken parts yet.
The mechanism that raises and lowers the forks tends to slip out of place, but pops back in place and keeps on hauling.

My grandson really enjoys the forklift although the up and down motion for the forks is still a little difficult for him. It's a nice size also.
