I thought that my grandchildren would spend hours with this kit over the holidays while they were staying at my home.
Needless to say they played with it once and didn't ask to use it again.
I think they had a fun time while playing with it but the younger children 5 and under chose to use the paint on them?
Questionable content of the paint made me concerned with the safety of this toy for children under 5.

My daughter thinks this is really fun. When I bought it last year the paints were right there in WalMart in the crayola section and I bought a couple. I wanted to get her some new paints and they acted like they now had no idea what I was talking about at WalMart, Toys R US and as you can see the paints on Amazon are like $13.00. How ridiculous. Don't bother because you can't get the refill paints. It's a waste.

I bought this toy for one of my grandsons for Christmas and he just loves it. He comes from a large family and was sharing with his siblings and they all made some very great pictures. I thought it might be difficult at first but they did not have any problems at all and really enjoyed using it. Crayola always seems to come up with good ideas and I am glad because I have been told that this grandma gives the best gifts.Customer Review: consider before buying for left handed child

My daughter loves this but has a huge issue using it since she is left handed and the "brush" is attached to the right hand side. I have turned it around but then the paints open in the wrong direction and she makes a huge mess every time. I called the company to ask for suggestions for use left handed and they only suggested what I was already doing. They said to try the light up markers instead.Customer Review: Anything That Glows

My lil' one loves this. It seems children attract to anything that glows. She thought it was so cool when she put the brush into a color pod and the paintbrush lit up that color. There are endless possiblities with learning and creativity.
