My kids love this! We usually only set it up 2-3 times in the summer and this is our third summer with it. Just set it up and it has a hole in it but it does come with patch material so we will be fixing. It takes about an hour to get it all set up and one down size to these slides is once you turn off the blower it deflates and you loose all the water so if you plan to use multiple days in a row the water adds up. But would highly recommend if you're only using several times a year. I would definitely purchase again - thinking about upgrading next year.Customer Review: Banzai Sidewinder Falls

This product arrived as scheduled, even sooner than expected. It was boxed well. Set up is easy. Bought it for my 2 year grandson for his birthday. My daughter used the small end with him weeks before his party. At the party there were at least 15 kids, all different ages and sizes, and they all loved it and had a blast with it.
It is great having the 2 slides, so the littler kids can enjoy too. Anyways, we were all pleased with the product, the condition and speed it arrived, and the ease of putting it up.

I couldn't be happier with this slide. I bought this slide for my kids last year and just pulled it out for this summer. It's still in great shape and the kids are already inviting their friends over to use it. If you want to get at least two seasons out of it, take my advice... 1. Don't leave it out in the sun all summer long. 2. Make sure the slide is completely dry before you pack it up. 3. Be sure to store the slide in a dry, air tight container. PURCHASED LAST SUMMER AND THE KIDS LOVED IT UNTIL IT STARTED LEAKING AT THE SEAMS. WHEN I SET IT UP THIS YEAR, IT WOULDN'T EVEN INFLATE ENOUGH TO HOLD UP THE TOP CANOPY. I CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE,WAS TOLD THE WARRANTY WAS 60 DAYS & I SHOULD SEW IT WITH FISHING LINE THEN SPRAY ON SEALANT. I WOULD NOT FEEL SAFE LETTING THE KIDS GO ON IT AFTER THAT. WHEN I ASKED FOR A SUPERVISOR, I WAS TOLD SHE WAS IN A MEETING AND "MAYBE" SHE WOULD CALL ME BACK. OF COURSE SHE NEVER CALLED. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT TO ANYONE.Customer Review: Awesome!!!

I bought this slide May 09 for my soon to be 6 and 4 year old boys. We have already used it about 10 times and love it. Set up is fairly easy and so is take down. There are a few cons: the drain hole location for the pool makes it hard to drain which means you can't move it until all the water is out and you really need a flat spot for the pool to actually fill up which is all the fun (sliding into a pool of water and splashing water everywhere). The pros: hours and hours of outdoor fun!!!!! So worth the money.
