Customer Review: BEWARE-DESIGN FLAW AT BOTTOM OF SLIDE

I purchased this slide at Target on sale for $400. It was a great slide for my kids the first 2 months, then a leak sprang. No big deal as I patched it up with the kit provided. Then soon after a tear in the seam occurred at the wall near the bottom of the slide. What happens is when the kids slide down at a good rate of speed, they first brush/hit the wall on their left as they enter the splash pool. After constant hitting every time the kids go down the slide, it ripped the seams apart and is unpatchable. I am trying to get Banzai to help me out on this, but their warranty is only for 60 days, and mine only lasted 90. I have seen many others out there post similar concerns, and I had only wished I read them before I purchased it.Customer Review: Fun, Fun, Fun

Ordered it 6/24, it arrived 6/30, that's awesome for free shipping! We set it up that night after work and didn't come in the house until 8 p.m. My son is 1 week away from turning 4 and myself and my husband have used this slide and love it. The landing at the bottom of the slide is a little rough for us big kids so I am going to listen to another reviewer who put play mats at the bottom, we have some that will work nicely, we also put strips of outdoor carpet around the edge of the pool and at the bottom of both the climbing wall and the tunnel. What a great toy, we are really going to enjoy this and having the neighbor kids at the house is no big deal. Should work great for the summer b-day party we'll be having in a couple weeks.Customer Review: grat fun

Our 3 year old son loves this product. My son could probably play on this slide for the entire day. However, clean up is a bit difficult. We actually have mold on our slide from not drying it out completely (which takes a long time). The bag is not big enough to put the slide back into. Also, the slide has to continously be hooked up to the hose (no pump that recirculates the water) and we have to hook the slide up to our hot water heater or else it would be too cold. If you like water slides, this is the product for you. If your kids like water slides, this is the product for you. If you do not like to spend a lot of time cleaning up, this is not the product for you. Even though it is difficult to clean up, our son loves it!Customer Review: Amazing Waterslide

This slide is amazing. We just got it two days ago and have been on it both days. I have a 5 year old and a three year old that absolutely adore this item. My three year old had no problem climbing the wall and sliding down. The only downside is that every kid in the entire neighborhood will be at your house. Very close supervision is needed because the lagoon pool does get quite deep and if you have boys....they get quite courageous. Set up once the hoses are connected is a breeze. Cleanup can be a little messy but well worth it. Have to have a bigger storage unit because the chances of fitting this back into the storage bag....Not happening. This is well worth the money. I searched the web for days and decided on this water slide. My husband and I wanted to rent a slide for all of our friends' kids to play on in the yard at our BBQ's. It was much more worth spending a tad extra to own one for future events. At least 10 kids (ages 2-35years) played on it "hard" for 5 hours, and there wasn't a single problem. I would however just mention that it doesn't do it's best with people over 225. If you're big, just make sure no other kids are on it, and take it a bit slow. It will fill back up erect once you are sitting at the top of the slide. We cleaned it with a wet towel, then dryed it off while still inflated. About a 20 minute proper folding and stuffing in the given bag.
