I bought this slide locally for $[...] about 2 weeks ago. My children are 12 and 7. No, this is obviously NOT the big Banzai slide--at one tenth of the price I would not expect it to be. It is in our opinion just another Slip N' Slide type of water toy to add to our stash for the summer. My children really enjoy it. I see a lot of complaints about tipping over the side. Yes, that happens occasionally. Once the kids figure out how to get lined up just right though, there is much less tipping over. It does not work without using the inflatable boogie board. Don't bother to try. The sprinkler part does not spray onto the slide if your water is turned all the way up. Turn the water down and voila--it sprays on the slide and runs into the pool. We always fill the pool part first also.
My kids are having a blast with this. For us, it was worth the $[...]. It is what it is--an inexpensive way to cool off in the summer.

We bought this for our 2 & 3 year old sons. However after the first 20 minutes of use the right side went flat. Prior to that it kept tipping over when they would go on it. The picture on the box makes it look like the slide is about 3 feet wide. In all actuality the body board barefly fits down the middle of it and it's probably about 16 inches wide. The slide and the pool section hook together with 3 pieces of velcro which are about 3 inches each and unfortunately it comes undone constantly. I called the company the next day and they are refunding my money with my reciept and pictures of it. I put a picture of my son next to it so the lady could see how narrow the slide REALLY is. The pool area looks quite large on the box too according to the size of the kids playing in it. However, it also is quite small. The only thing this really lives up to is that it is 13ft long. However the width is a serious issue.Customer Review: Good Fun!!

This is our 2nd purchase of this water slide, the first one was a hit but eventually would no longer hold air, never could find the holes to patch. Nevertheless we purchased this one only to be surprised how much smaller it was. For example the body board with the 1st one was twice the size. The slide was definitely wider on the 1st one and the pool area was definitely longer but nevertheless we still have a blast with this. Pumped up with an air compressor this time, it blew up in no time. We used tarps on the ground that helps with keeping the water clean and from getting holes punched in the pool. Purchased for a 4 year old and 10 year old. I also got in and i am 150 plus, nuff said. Our favorite feature is that you are not sliding on the hard ground. Except for when you slide all the way out of the pool (which by the way is the best!), but with the tarps down that helps a lot.A must have for the summer!Customer Review: WASTE OF MONEY! Please do not waste your money on this cheap piece of junk. I will be boycotting banzai products from now on. It is badly engineered with the drainage right by the slide entry into the pool and WILL cause injury. The slide doesn't stay put and keeps flipping over. The water springs in the wrong direction on the slide. The seams broke on us with the second use.
Banzai won't replace the product unless it is within 30 days and requires your receipt. I tossed my reciept after I used it once since in their instruction manual, they tell you that the store won't accept returns after you have used it. I contacted them after my second use resulted in the broken seam. Now they tell me the return is dependent on the store's policy. Anyways, I was stupid to have tossed the receipt and to buy this piece of trash but I hope you'll be smart and not purchase it.

I had a pool party at our house this afternoon with the Banzai Splash Bomb Water Slide, a Slip n' Slide and a plastic baby pool. The Banzai Water Slide was a huge hit! There were 6 children ranging in age from 1 to 4. They had a blast sliding down the slide both on their bellies and on the included boogie board. The only time I was concerned was when they were jumping on the slide section. I was afraid it might pop! It didn't and they had a great afternoon. I wasn't aware that the slide and the pool are two separate pieces. This makes storage while inflated a little easier. I used an air compressor to blow it up which helped move things along quickly (it's a fairly large item). I am a bit concerned about the plastic quality over time. I do not think this pool will last more than one summer, even with careful use. However, we love this pool!
