I bought this toy for my 3.5yr old son. He's addicted to everything Ben 10 and wanted only the watch for Christmas. He's too young to understand all the different versions of "watches". We eventually bought him a more expensive package that enables you to assemble 3 different kinds of watches but those proved to not be as fun as this one. This one has great sound effects, bright lighting, and he loves twisting the bezel (which makes sounds when you do so) and slamming down on the face to transform into his favorite aliens (which makes another great sound effect when you do that too). For about half the cost of those other fancier watches, which look nicer but do less, you'll have a happier child with this. Please keep in mind my child is 3 and half. Do your research, but I've no complaints other than my son says, "It doesn't really change me into Swampfire." lol.Customer Review: Ultimate Omnitrix Ultimate Review

This omnitrix is wicked awesome! You can purchase the Ben 10 Alien Force 4" figures in stores now (At the moment-Swampfire, Jetray, Humungousaur, and Chromastone). Each come with a mini translucent figure to attach to this omnitrix which reveals that alien's voice and name, like on the show. The figures are hard to get on and off, but you will manage. I use a screwdriver. I have tinkered with the omnitrix and unlocked voices of Alien Force aliens that have not come out yet-Goop and Spidermonkey-which come out later this year.Now, the price I had to pay is a messed up omnitrix. But I fixed it, thanks to ilikepork5555 (a fellow Youtuber), I still love that thing and I am 16!Customer Review: My son loves it!

My son loves this Omnitrix. I had trouble popping on the little creatures, but he has no problem whatsoever. He plays with it all the time and so far has held up to his rough play with it.
I wish that the wrist band would be a bit easier to put on. The way this one is made, you have to shove the little knob into the hole. If he was a younger child, he would have problems doing it himself. I think it should have been made like the other Omnitrix and been like a real watch band.
Other than that, it is a good toy and worth spending the money on. Plus, it is alot cheaper on Amazon.com than in the stores.

I bought one of these from Amazon for $15 in November, thinking that my son would like it for his birthday. Boy, Mom hit the nail on the head with that one!
I have to be honest and say that I don't fully understand what the attraction is but I do know that he likes the little figures that you can attach to it (available for $6.00 at many retailers. Includes a character and a figure that you can attach to the Omnitrix). And yes, there is a coolness factor that is involved.
All in all, it was a good $15.00 well spent.
