Both boys got this for Xmas, it has been the only toy they have played with every day since, they make up stories, games, and play with friends using this gadget. Really worth it for Ben 10 fans, as it sounds just like the one on the show.
The strap is a little difficult to do up, but that is my only criticism.

The child I gave the toy to was having a lot of fun and was happy to see it was exactly like the one on TV. As for me I did not see what all the fuss was about. I think the best person to review this toy would be the users themselves - the children. I think it was too expensive for what it does.

Customer Review: My son loves it, but it doesn't really do much

My 6 year old just got this for his birthday, and he's absolutley thrilled. However, for a toy in the $70 range it really doesn't do much. You can spin the dial to choose an alien (very tiny backlit pics of the 10 aliens are on the dial), press the watch face down and it makes some sound effects. It will then "time out" just like in the show.

My son so far is having a great time with it, and in a way it's probably good that it encourages imagination, but seriously, this thing should cost $20-30, tops. Seems fairly durable, bit it is plastic, so who knows. We only bought it for him because it's all he wanted for his b-day. So, to summarize, I'm very happy that my son is happy, but it's also a shame that Bandai feels the need to overcharge so severely for this toy.

Customer Review: Doesn't fit a wrist

The whole purpose of this toy is to wear it on the wrist and act like Ben 10. My son loves this toy but got very frustrated because it wouldn't stay on his wrist. The hard plastic part is too thick and we cannot get it tight enough to stay on without rotating around.

Eventually I ended up duct taping the straps together to make it fit tighter. Still not perfect but at least he doesn't whine every time he puts it on to "make it tighter mommy!"

Don't waste your money!
