I bought this for my 9-month old grandaughter. She immediately grasped the idea of hitting the pipes along with the music and received a lot of positive feedback from her parents for knowing how to do that. The music is pleasant and has enough different compositions to sustain interest. This is one of the better musical toys. It play segments from classical tunes which is a nice break from some of the cheesy music that the other musical toys play. It also allows you to change the sound that it makes. So when you play it you can choose deeper more resonant tones or higher brighter tones. All of the sounds it makes are more pleasant than they typical beeps and boings that other toys make.Customer Review: A Fantastic Toy!

We received this toy as a gift from Grandma and Grandpa. Since my 9 month old son is already hooked on the Baby Einstein video series, this toy was a perfect tie in. My son loves the lights and music. He also likes to push it around while he is crawling. This is one gift I recommend to all parents. We got this as a gift and the sound quality is very pleasantand our baby loves to carry the toy around due to its small
size. Unlike many other "musical" teachers, this is not too
large or complicated. She has also dropped tons of time on
hard tile and it still works. One of mom's favorite toys and

The Bach Pipes are a fine Toy, my baby is still too young to learn from it (4 months) but she hit sometimes wild on it and likes the lights. But one negativ is that the sound comes from bottom of the toy and when its standing on a soft underground like the bed, the sound is not to hear.
