We received this as a Christmas present two months ago. Since then my son has not gotten bored with it and in fact seeks it out as one of the first toys he plays with most days. He even has "favorites" which he will scroll to by turning the pipes on and off until his song plays. I find the melodies much more adult and not annoying like so many children's musical toys. I would definitely recommend this toy to anyone with an older baby or toddler. There are no sharp edges, the pipes respond to a soft touch; the sound is rather soft and is not scary at all.Customer Review: Wonderful for baby to listen to while playing

My 14 month little girl loves this toy. She has outgrown interacting with it; but, loves to listen to the music of both the toy and the CD. Currently, what she enjoys doing is pushing the button until she reaches her "favorite" tunes, will dance a little bit and then goes about playing. When the tune is over, she reaches over and pushes the button for the next song. The toy is also easy on mom and dad's nerves, no obnoxious grating noises. So when you have to hear the same tunes over and over you aren't ready to throw it out the window.Customer Review: Buy this toy!

I bought this toy for my 5-month old son and he just loves listening to the beautiful music while watching the colorful lights blinking. Even my 5-year old daughter enjoys playing with it. The best part: you don't have to listen to the insipid "Twinkle, Twinkle Little Star" as one is forced to hear with most other infant toys! My son also enjoys listening to the CD included with the toy or watching the colorful patterns when viewing it on the computer. As a mother of two, I recieved this as a gift. It is a wonderful music toy that does not irritate like many other "music" toys. It has beautiful sounds and the lights dazzle my 3 month old daughter. My 3 year old also likes to play with it, and will push the buttons for my daughter. This is a big help since there is no continuous play. All in all I think it is a great toy for someone who is looking for lights and sounds to entertain. So many other toys are irritating after about 5 minutes.Customer Review: Good - Almost Great

Mom, Dad and baby all love this toy... A few minor details keep it from being 4 or 5 stars... There's no volume control (Not such a big deal, as it is almost too quiet)... It would have been nice to have a continuous play feature for children too young to know to push the yellow button for the next song. On the plus side, it keeps our 3 month old enthralled, and the sound quality is excellent - synthesizer like, rather than the beep-beep-beep quality of other toys.
